Getting Back to Painting

After my bout with the flu, I slowly returned to work in the studio.  First order of business was to cobble together pieces that were hohum, pictured below on the wall.  But I had a difficult time starting so I began to work on my tree postcards.

 And, it was a great way to ease back into painting.
It was fun and it helped me to jumpstart the process.  Plus, I was out of the postcards which I send as a thank you to collectors.  Now I am ready.
