Power

Trying a different method of applying paint using a combination of techniques used on my "Quiet" series and "Hawaii" series.  Reds are an unnatural color for me to use.  I have the most intense internal dialogue when I focus on red.  When I got to a point where I needed to see it at home because I wasn't sure if I liked it, I came to the conclusion that I love it.  The colors reminded me of the pink pussy hats from the March on Washington I attended in January 2017.  There is some pink but it is mostly red and it suggests power, hence the title.
