Art Millennium SF

I am participating in Art Millennium SF, the first annual exhibition and silent auction designed to empower art students, professional artists, art leaders, teachers and communities to increase creative experiences in Art. This 3-day event consists of a juried exhibition, silent auction, live talks and performances.    Purchase tickets here.

I have 2 paintings exhibiting at this event.  Since this is the first Art Millennium, I don't know what to expect.  It was $25 to enter each painting (maximum of 4 pieces) and it includes  a custom printed t-shirt of each piece of artwork from one of the sponsors (WearThatART.com).  One of the pieces will be part of a silent auction with some of the proceeds going to a charity, part to the Art Millennium organizers and some to the artist.  Other sales are a 80/20 split artist/organizer.  The list of the participating artists is here
I will be attending the opening reception this Friday at the Odd Fellows Building.  Then I have another reception at the  Canessa Gallery from 6 - 8 pm on Saturday.  What a glamorous life!
