Every morning (for some reason, I woke up around 5:30 am) I would walk the Healing Waters Trail after breakfast. It was about 3 miles and it was good to get it done early, before it got too hot.

It was a lovely, peaceful walk. Not many people on the trail which is a shame that it isn't used more often.
