Flu!

I have been in  bed from Saturday till Tuesday when my fever broke - ill from the flu.  I forget how debilitating the flu can be...nothing seems to help with the chills and body aches.
Today I am up and even went to the studio only to find that I couldn't stand for very long before feeling faint.
