Start with Why

This TEDx talk inspired me on many different levels - mainly as an artist and as a board member of RAWdance, a contemporary dance company.  As an artist, I understand the importance of being clear about one's work however, I don't think I've ever made it clear as to why I make art.  Simon Sinek talks about successes and failures in businesses and believes that the "why" is critical.  It is 18 minutes of something worth thinking about.
