Surface Design Online Class

I mentioned in two previous posts about my surface design class which i dropped after two days because i couldn't tolerate the instructor's style of teaching. Since then, i have tried dying fabric and cotton t-shirts to see how difficult the process was. It feels like i am floundering with this messy business although i am consulting books and the web. Then, I came across this online class "The Art and Business of Surface Design" featuring Rachel Taylor. The class is split into 3 modules as it guides you step-by-step from sketch to pattern to customer, sharing technical how-to-guides and industry secrets along the way.
Module 1: DESIGNING YOUR WAY (4 weeks, beginning Monday 14 November 2011)
Module 2: CREATING YOUR PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY (4 weeks, beginning Monday 16 January 2012)
Module 3: MONETISING YOUR DESIGNS (4 weeks, beginning Monday 20 February 2012)
I was surprised to find that the price for the class is in pounds but i assume she will take US dollars.
Price: £129 per module (save £19 if you sign up for two modules, or save £38 if you sign up for all three)
I think there is a lot of interest in surface design because i have received an amazing number of hits for those two posts.
