The Art of Intuition:
2-Day Workshop in Painting Directly & Expressively
Faculty: Lon Clark and Laura Harden
Saturday, January 15th & Sunday, January 16th
9:30 to 5:30PM
$225 + $25 Registration fee
Intuition in responding to relationships of color, brushwork and contrasts in paint handling inform expression. This fast-moving painting workshop engages the expressive qualities possible in direct painting while enhancing purpose on the part of the painter. Participants will explore the concept of spontaneity in terms of their work while at the same time supporting their individual involvement with painting. Oil, Acrylic and watercolor are all welcome.

The Art of Street Photography:
2-Day Workshop in Photography
Faculty: Laura Harden and Lon Clark
Saturday, January 22nd & Sunday, January 23rd
9 to 5PM
$175 + $25 Registration fee
This total immersion workshop concentrates on the fluid photographic interaction with the constantly changing rhythms of the street. The individual vision of the photographer will be investigated through a series of slide shows, exercises, and continual hands-on photographing and editing. By the conclusion of the workshop, the participants will arrive at a cohesive series of photographs.
