I received a rejection letter for the JWAN's show, "Sanctuaries in Time". At least it was a very nicely written letter of rejection. It was just as well since i sold one of my submissions last week. "Blue Dress" was sold to a nice gentleman who saw the painting at the ArtSpan member showcase in October. He came to my open studios to check out my other work but he loves the color blue (also my favorite color). Meeting people like him makes doing open studios so worthwhile.
