Jack Levine dies at 95

I loved his painting "Birmingham 63" which is located in the lobby of the deYoung musuem. I had to do a report on this for Western Art History so i spent a long time looking at it. I loved that he used his skill as a painter for social commentary. It is deeply disturbing to see the vicious dogs making this a very powerful piece.
