Juried Annual supports artists by providing a means to show your work to an international curator.
The submission process is straight forward, low cost, and is open to all Bay Area artists working in any media. Fee waivers are available.
ABOUT THE JUROR:
Paola Santoscoy is an independent curator and writer based in Mexico City. She recently served as Lead Curator for the Biennial of the Americas Denver, CO. She has worked with Mexico City’s cutting edge institutions, including Museo de Arte Carrillo Gil and Museo Tamayo Arte Contemporáneo. As an independent curator, she has developed exhibition projects and curatorial essays for international institutions such as Künstlerhaus Bethanien, Berlin; Fundación Proa, Buenos Aires; GAMeC, Bergamo and Piano Nobile, Geneva.
ELIGIBILITY:
Participation is open to artists who reside/work within the Greater Bay Area.
