Naomie Kremer collaborates with MJDC

I saw the Margaret Jenkins Dance Company at the JCC and the big draw for was to see the work of Naomie Kremer who is one of my favorite living painters. I've been following her work ever since i saw her retrospective at the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art a few years ago. She has had a couple of shows at Modernism that i've been to where she introduced some video projections which is what was seen on the stage. I wasn't thrilled with her video projections in the gallery but they worked very well on the stage. So, i got to see two things i love simultaneously, dance and art. I brought the catalog of her work to the performance hoping to get her to sign it. She did so, graciously.
