Delivery Dilemna

I received instructions on when to deliver my paintings to City Hall and it is scheduled for the exact same time as Discovery Night at Denman Middle School. I can't miss that so i hope i can reschedule. I heard that working with City Hall is a nightmare! Somehow, i am not surprised.
