City Hall Reception

Reception TONIGHT
5-8pm, SF City Hall, 2nd Floor
My work will be in Supervisor John Avalos' office. (2 paintings)
I will be there around 6 pm.













The work is from 2007 and are my "prayer paintings". I was wishing for the end of how our politicians were handling foreign policy, specifically, the end of the Bush Doctrine. The Bush Doctrine was about the right of anticipatory self-defense, and that we have the right to a preemptive strike against any other country (especially evil when it was based on known faulty intelligence) but it also spoke to me about the hubris of that administration.
