end of Dell Hell

Not so hellish anymore...the Dell technician came out and changed the motherboard on my xps laptop with great efficiency and courtesy. I give the service top marks as well as the customer service person on the phone who explained things ever so carefully and with patience. So, service is fantastic but the computer itself? Not so good but it is at least working for now.
