Dell Hell
I am spending the morning trying to "fix" my Dell XPS laptop - the third time this month. Arghhh! The website talks you through the steps and is very clear but something needs replacing (my motherboard i think) as i don't want to do the temporary fix on a weekly basis. Will i get another Dell again - never!
And to add insult to injury, the Dell service site is extremely slow this morning!
