Happy Thanksgiving

just thought i would share a few images of the turkey....
My turkey came in a burlap sack

It was a beautiful pastured, free range, grass fed, Heritage turkey from Rainbow ranch Farms in California.

I know it looks a little charred - i used a maple syrup apple cider baste and it was delicious. I think it was the best turkey i've ever had!
