Kamaboko Trees, 100 in each shopping bag. All were picked up by Allan of Allan Reynolds Transportation (510.452.1876 at the designated time. I love it when people do what they say they are going to do - it doesn't always seem to be the case in the art world.

"Green Orchid 2" and "Fantasy A" flanking the elevator entrance.

"Blue Two" and "Red" as seen from the Market Street entrance.

Seen from the 1st Street entrance, " A Grand Day", "Floating" and "January 20th".

It is such a pleasure to work with art curator Bonnie Earls-Solari. She has been organizing shows for the past 30 years and talking to her is like connecting to art history. She has her own business, Art Advisory Services and provides art consultation privately as well as organizing shows for wonderful spaces like 455 Market. It has to be acknowledged that management companies that understand the importance of art like the people at 455 Market are rare but much appreciated by this artist. The fact that they care about their tenants enough to want to show art for their pleasure says a lot about them. They may think that it is important to welcome people to their lobby with a certain ambiance or maybe they want to expose their tenants to a different perspective - either way, it is a conscious effort on their part to engage visitors and tenants on a visual level.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if there were more opportunities to show original art in beautiful spaces?
