A recent Craigslist posting was a call to artist for a collaboration with a musician. He/she would provide a free CD of the music and we, the artists would send him/her a portrait based solely on listening to the CD. I love projects like that so i did a cartoony portrait of a pale guy turning his lip upwards. The music was all over place with different styles and it wasn't something i would listen to again - but it was still fun to try this. I did the painting on a large postcard and mailed it to the musician.
