Where the Hell is Matt?
Before i answer the question to "where am I?", this video of Matt who traveled to 39 countries doing this goofy and funny dance. It made me smile...
AND NOW, the answer and identification of the photos.
I was in Oahu, Hawaii but didn't it look a little more exotic than that? On the food page - mochi creams in Shirokiya department store, lycees in Chinatown, macadamia nut pancakes and spam (giveaway clue, don't you think?)at Boots and Kimo Restaurant in Kailua.
Then, view of mountain with Kaneohe Bay in the foreground.
Me and a friend in traditional Bhutanese clothing at the Honolulu Academy of Arts where The Dragon’s Gift : The Sacred Arts of Bhutan was showing. A great collection of thangkas, silk scroll paintings as well as videos of the traditional dance were shown.
And the Saturday Farmers Market at Kapiolani Community College.
I am sure i spotted Chef Alan Wong, one of the guest judges on Top Chef.
And i started off the travel post with a couple videos of the same scenery but with vastly different weather. Imagine waking up to that view very day?
