Home - ahhhh..but.....

I changed my flight ($100 fee extra!) so that i returned yesterday. It felt good to come home a day early although my friend's bed was super comfortable, more than my own bed. In the interest of full disclosure, this trip to Chicago was quite expensive and it will take some time to realize the value of the trip (if any). After my calculations of expenses and the money i made from the sale of one painting, my net loss is around $3,000. I know, that's a lot. I am cringing as i type this.
