Help for my sinuses

I've been using the neti pot because of sinus problems especially now during allergy season the last few weeks and decided to post this. My studio work occassionally kicks up dust so i find it very soothing after i get home to do this treatment. It looks weird but this is the first time in a long time since i've been able to breathe through my nose effortlessly. I made up some titanian white yesterday and eventhough i wear a dust mask, there is some residual stuff floating around in addition to the everyday dust and other particles that seems to be breeding in my studio.
