Wrecking Ball

Last night i attended the Wrecking Ball, a fund raiser for ODC Theater which will be closing down for major renovations. There were installations, spoken word, tributes to the founders of ODC, and of course, dance performances. I think because of the nature of dance, it being a collaborative effort, the people are open, friendly, warm, playful and it is this kind of environment i wish i could find myself in the art world.
