The Sign

After the worst of the storms have passed, the Turko Persian Rug Co sign from a previous incarnation of Francisco Studios has appeared. I love this sign and i think i can remember seeing it as a child.

And now, i really must "rest" this painting. I think it is overworked but i will leave it up on the side of the studio and start my first painting of 2008, a painting about relaxation.
