SPIRIT IN THE ARTS
CALL FOR EMERGING ARTISTS

for a group exhibition
Funded by the Phyllis Jackson Memorial Fund for the Arts
Three artists will be selected to exhibit their work in a group show throug
California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and ArtHouse. The group
exhibition will run April 18–June 27, 2008, at CIIS’s Mission Street
building and in the ArtHouse gallery space. Join us for an artists’ reception April 18.
Artist criteria to submit an entry:

• Minimal previous exhibit experience
• 2-D and 3-D visual art media focus
• Must be a California resident
Entries accepted until February 28, 2008.

To apply, please include:

• self-addressed stamped envelope
• 3-5 clearly marked slides, photographs, or disc with JPEGs
• artist’s résumé and brief statement
(one to two paragraphs maximum)
